My time was 18:32. Felt I had no pull for the muscle ups, but still a descent time.
all that i can do is all that i can do. never settle for anything less. always make strides forward and look ahead never worrying about what has happened or what might become. learn from your mistakes but never fear failure. be abundant to the positivity that you seek and desire.
