I just came back from being in Dallas for the last 4 days, and it was a trip much needed to say the least. I was able to spend Thanksgiving with my family, and see some friends that I have not seen in a long while. I ran the Turkey Trot in Dallas Thurs morning, it was 8 miles and I was surprised about my time... 54:28.
I have only had a few runs longer than 400m sprints since the Human Race a few months ago. 2 actually- a 3 miler, and 5 miles two weeks ago. Crossfit helps you run faster. All I have been doing is the crossfit.com website workouts...crazy!
