An Easy Transition Into Crossfit Training


Don't be fooled about the title Level 1. Crossfit is Crossfit. And that is exactly what we do in all of the classes offered here at Crossfit Central. Our Level 1 classes at the gym are a great way to ease your way into training. We have people from all backgrounds in the class. Whether you have never done any of the movements we do often in Crossfit, or you have not worked out in a long time and would like to concentrate on form and technique, the level 1 program is a great tool to help you build a great foundation for your future success of fitness.
We just recently had 4 great performers that have been invited to join the other co-ed classes of crossfit. Congrats to Arun, Brad, Erin, and Sara for stepping their game up to the next level!

Ya'll should join our Tues/Thurs 5:30 a.m. Crossfit class --- it's never too early in the morning to Crossfit!
