all that i can do is all that i can do. never settle for anything less. always make strides forward and look ahead never worrying about what has happened or what might become. learn from your mistakes but never fear failure. be abundant to the positivity that you seek and desire.

I saw you guys doing that workout and ya'll made it look easy! Hope one day my pullups look like that...
All I have to say about that workout is OUCH! 24:52, but 50 sets. my hands opened up in 6 places!
